Play a key role in an international humanitarian organisation
Yayasan Kemanusiaan Muslim Aid Malaysia works
to eradicate poverty and alleviate the suffering of the needy worldwide.
This position will play a key role in the expansion
of YKMAM’s programmes that are now the key areas under purview of the
Chairman’s office. The holder will report direct to the Chairman’s office and
will help ensure that programmes are planned and designed based on sound
evidence and principles of best practice to ensure the delivery of high quality
programme and research outputs.
We are seeking a candidate with:
- Tertiary qualification in any field as training will be provided on
the job and we believe that it is all about attitude and willingness to
learn.
- Compelling communications and writing skills in both English and
Malay language.
- Strong conceptual and analytical skills as to be able to develop
new initiatives, identify critical issues and negotiate sound, practical
solutions.
- Willing to work the odd hours and frequent travels.
- Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to manage a wide
variety of diverse relationships using collaborative consultation,
communication, and negotiation skills.
- New graduates are welcome.
