Education allows people to develop the technical and leadership skills they need to empower their communities and break the cycle of poverty. We do not accept that people should be excluded from education due to poverty, gender or ethnic background.
For the year 2008, Muslim Aid Asia will plan to help poor children
through charity tuition. For the time being, we had start MAA tuition
charity for five kids in Gombak, Selangor. We are hoping that more
people will become volunteers to help the poor children improve their
education. Through education we aim to give people the skills they need
to create a sustainable, brighter future for themselves and their
communities.
Muhammad, MAA Marketing and Fundraising Manager, become the first teacher for the MAA charity tuition.
